National Service Census – Year 2026
The Consulate General hereby informs Algerian nationals that the National Service census for the year 2026 will commence shortly.
All Algerian citizens who have attained the age of seventeen (17) and are registered with the Consulate General will be automatically included in the census.
Submission of the original C12 birth certificate is required in the following cases:
- Individuals born outside the United States;
- Individuals born in the United States but not registered with the Consulate General;
- Individuals who have not previously submitted a birth registration report.
Concerned individuals are requested to submit the required documents to the Consulate General in a timely manner.
The deadline for submission is December 31, 2026.

إحصاء الخدمة الوطنية – سنة 2026
تُعلم القنصلية العامة المواطنين الجزائريين بأن عملية إحصاء الخدمة الوطنية لسنة 2026 ستنطلق في الآجال المحددة.
ويشمل هذا الإحصاء جميع المواطنين الجزائريين الذين بلغوا سن السابعة عشرة (17) والمسجلين لدى القنصلية العامة، حيث سيتم إحصاؤهم بصفة آلية.
يتوجب تقديم شهادة الميلاد الأصلية (C12) في الحالات التالية:
الأشخاص المولودون خارج الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية؛ *
الأشخاص المولودون في الولايات المتحدة الأمريكية وغير المسجلين لدى القنصلية العامة؛ *
الأشخاص الذين لم يسبق لهم إيداع تصريح تسجيل الميلاد *
يرجى من المعنيين إيداع الوثائق المطلوبة لدى القنصلية العامة في الآجال المحددة.
آخر أجل لإيداع الملفات هو 31 ديسمبر 2026.
