تنهي القنصلية العامة في نيويورك بأن السلطات الجزائرية قررت ، كإجراء استثنائي حتى يوم 31 ديسمبر 2025 ، السماح للأطفال الجزائريين الذين تتراوح أعمارهم بين 15 عامًا أو أقل ، الذين يحملون جواز سفر أمريكي ساري المفعول ولكنهم لا يمتلكون وثائق هوية لجزائرية ، بالسفر إلى الجزائر برفقة والديهم أو الأوصياء القانونيين ، دون الحاجة للحصول على تأشيرة وذلك بتقديم شهادة الميلاد الجزائرية الأصلية للطفل (12S) أو حكم الوصاية القضائية.

Announcement:
The Consulate General of Algeria in New York inform you that the Algerian authorities have decided, as an exceptional measure until December 31st, 2025, to allow Algerian children aged 15 years or younger, who hold an American passport and do not possess Algerian identity documents, to travel to Algeria accompanied by their parents or legal guardians, without obtaining a visa.
It is only required to present the child’s Algerian original birth certificate (12S) or the judicial guardianship ruling.
Please contact the airline company before traveling to confirm that they accept this procedure.
