في إطار تطبيق أحكام المرسوم الرئاسي رقم 26-145 المؤرخ في 04 أفريل 2026، المتضمن إستدعاء الهيئة الناخبة و كذا وفقا لأحكام القانون العضوي المتعلق بنظام الإنتخابات.و تحسبا للإنتخابات التشريعية المزمع إجرائها يوم 02 جويلية 2026 تتشرف القنصلية العامة للجزائر بنيويورك الإعلان عن إفتتاح المراجعة الإستثنائية للقوائم الانتخابية إبتداء من يوم الأحد 12أفريل إلى غاية يوم الأحد26 أفريل 2026.
و ذلك بدعوة جميع المواطنات و المواطنين المقيمين بدائرتها القنصلية الغير مسجلين في القوائم الانتخابية و الذين تتوفر فيهم الشروط التالية:
- التسجيل بالقنصلية العامة بنيويورك.
- بلوغ سن الثامنة عشر (18) فما فوق يوم الإنتخاب.
- التمتع بكل الحقوق المدنية و السياسية.
أن يبادرو إلى تسجيل أنفسهم في القوائم الإنتخابية عن طريق ملىء الإستمارة المتوفرة لدى القنصلية العامة أو على موقعها في شبكة الانترنيت (تحميل إستمارة طلب تسجيل)، ثم إيداعها لدى القنصلية أو إرسالها عبر البريد أو البريد الالكتروني:
كما تدعو القنصلية العامة المواطنين الذين غيروا مكان إقامتهم تحيين عناوينهم أو الشطب من القائمة الانتخابية للدائرة السابقة (تحميل استمارة طلب الشطب).

تنبيـه:إن التسجيل القنصلي لا يترتب عليه حتما التسجيل ضمن القائمة الانتخابية. وعليه، يتم التسجيل في القائمة الانتخابية بناء على طلب تسجيل شخصي يتقدم به المعني بالأمر خلال الفترة المحددة قانونا لذلك. و للتأكد من ذلك انقر على الرابط أدناه:

Announcement
In accordance with the Presidential Decree No. 26-145 dated April 4, 2026, which includes the calling of the electorate, and in accordance with the provisions of the Organic Law relating to the electoral system, and in preparation for the legislative elections scheduled for July 2, 2026, the Consulate General of Algeria in New York is pleased to announce the opening of the exceptional revision of the electoral lists from Sunday, April 12 until Sunday, April 26, 2026.
All citizens residing within its consular district who are not registered on the electoral lists and who meet the following conditions are invited to apply:
- Registration with the Consulate General in New York.
- Being at least eighteen (18) years old on Election Day.
- In full possession of her/his civil and political rights.
Applicants are requested to register themselves on the electoral lists by filling out the form available at the Consulate General or on its website (download registration application form), then submitting it to the consulate, or sending it by mail or email to:
The Consulate General also invites citizens who have changed their place of residence to update their addresses or request removal from the electoral list of their previous district (download removal request form).

Note: Consular registration does not automatically result in registration on the electoral list. Therefore, registration on the electoral list is done based on a personal request submitted by the individual concerned within the legally specified period.
