المسابقة الوطنية لأحسن الأعمال المدرسية حول موضوع ”الجزائر والقضايا العادلة”

تحت شعار ”العدل أساس ضمان حقوق الشعوب”

يُنظم المجلس الشعبي الوطني بالتنسيق مع وزارة التربية الوطنية وبمشاركة وزارة المجاهدين وذوي الحقوق ووزارة الثقافة والفنون المسابقة الوطنية لأحسن الاعمال المدرسية حول موضوع ”الجزائر والقضايا العادلة” تحت شعار ”العدل أساس ضمان حقوق الشعوب”.

ترمي هذه المسابقة الأولى من نوعها والمُوجهة لتلاميذ التعليم المتوسط، إلى :

تثمين مواقف الجزائر الثابتة تجاه القضايا العادلة في العالم لاسيما القضية الفلسطينية.
تعزير ثوابت الهوية والروح الوطنية في نفوس الناشئة من أبناء جاليتنا الوطنية.

إلى ذلك، يٌتاح لأبناء جاليتنا في المهجر المشاركة في هذه المسابقة على قدم المساواة وعلى نفس أسس مشاركة إخوانهم في الجزائر.

مجالات المشاركة في المسابقة:

المجال الأدبي:

القصيدة الشعرية: بحيث يخص تأليف قصيدة لا تتجاوز خمسة عشر (15) بيت شعري بالنسبة للشعر العمودي وثلاث صفحات بالنسبة للشعر الحر.
القصة القصيرة: تأليف قصة قصيرة لاتتجاوز الخمسة (05) صفحات.

المجال الفني:

الإنشاد: إنجاز فيديو لا تتجاوز مدته الخمسة (05) دقائق باحتساب شارة البداية والنهاية ويحتوي داخله على المعلومات الشخصية للتلميذ (ة) المشارك (ة).
المونولوج: إنجاز فيديو لا تتجاوز مدته السبعة (07) دقائق باحتساب شارة البداية والنهاية ويحتوي داخله على المعلومات الشخصية للتلميذ(ة) المشارك (ة).

المجال الفني التشكيلي والرسم:

ينجز العمل علو ورق مٌقوى للرسم بحجم 32*24 سنتمتر (12.5*9.5 إنش) أو على قطعة قماش بنفس الحجم مع العرص على تدوين معلومات المشارك (ة).

شروط وكيفية المشاركة:

يتم المشاركة من خلال ملء أصحاب الأعمال المنتقاة استمارة تتضمن ملأ معلوماتهم الشخصية.
تكون المشاركة بعمل واحد فقط، بحيث يكون للتلميذ حرية اختيار تقنية الرسم المناسبة له. وفي هذا الإطار، وجب التنبيه عند المشاركة في المجالات المقترحة أعلاه إلى وجوب التقيد بموضوع المسابقة ”الجزائر والقضايا العادلة” وكذا الشعار الذي نُظمت تحته وهو ”العدل أساس ضمان حقوق الشعوب”.
العمل المُقدم يجب أن يكون فرديا وأصليا لم يسبق المشاركة به من قبل في أية مسابقة أو معرض. كما يُشترط في الفيديو الخاص بالإنشاد أو المونولوج أَلا يكون قد سبق بثه على أي موقع رقمي أو إليكتروني أو اية وسيلة عرض متعارف عليها كوسائل التواصل الاجتماعي.
تُرسل الأعمال إلى مقر القنصلية العامة للجزائر بنيويورك على العنوان:
15 East 47^Th Street New York NY 10017
بدأً من تاريخ نشر هذا الإعلان وحتى 10 مارس 2025 كآخر أجل حتى يتسنى إعادة إرسالها على مقر المجلس الشعبي الوطني.

ملاحظة:

يمكن تصوير مقاطع الفيديوهات بجميع أنواع الوسائل الرقمية والكاميرات بما في ذلك الهواتف النقالة في الوضع الافقي.
يتم إقصاء كل عمل لا يحترم الشروط المذكورة.
كل فيديو يتجاوز المدة المسموح بها أو يحتوي على مشاكل تقنية في الصوت أو في الصورة بشكل يُعيق عرضه وتقييمه، يُقصى مباشرة.
لا ترد الأعمال المُشارك بها.
بالنسبة للفيديوهات، تُرسل في قرص مضغوط (CD/DVD) أو في قرص صلب (Flash Disc) من اجل الحفاظ على نوعية الفيديو المُسجل.

National Competition for the Best School Projects on the Theme : “Algeria and Just Causes“
Under the Slogan “Justice is the Foundation for Guaranteeing the Rights of Peoples.”

The National People’s Assembly, in coordination with the Ministry of National Education and with the participation of the Ministry of Mujahidin and Rights Holders and the Ministry of Culture and Arts, is organizing the National Competition for the Best School Projects on the theme “Algeria and Just Causes” under the slogan “Justice is the Foundation for Guaranteeing the Rights of Peoples.” This first-of-its-kind competition, aimed at middle school students, seeks to:

Highlight Algeria’s steadfast positions on just causes around the world, particularly the Palestinian cause.
Strengthen the constants of identity and national spirit in the hearts of the youth of our national community.

Additionally, members of our community abroad are allowed to participate in this competition on an equal footing and under the same conditions as their counterparts in Algeria.

Areas of Participation in the Competition:

Literary Field:

Poetry: Composing a poem that does not exceed fifteen (15) lines for classical poetry or three pages for free verse.
Short Story: Writing a short story that does not exceed five (05) pages

Artistic Field:

Chanting: Producing a video that does not exceed five (05) minutes, including the opening and closing credits, and containing the personal information of the participating student.
Monologue: Producing a video that does not exceed seven (07) minutes, including the opening and closing credits, and containing the personal information of the participating student.

Visual Arts and Drawing Field:

The work should be done on reinforced drawing paper measuring 32 x 24 centimeters (12.5 x 9.5 inches) or on a piece of fabric of the same size, with the participant’s information clearly written.

Conditions and Methods of Participation:

Participation is done by filling out a form that includes the personal information of the selected works’ authors.
Each participant may submit only one work, and the student is free to choose the appropriate drawing technique. In this context, it is important to note that when participating in the proposed fields above, the work must adhere to the competition’s theme, “Algeria and Just Causes,” as well as the slogan under which it is organized, “Justice is the Foundation for Guaranteeing the Rights of Peoples.”
The submitted work must be individual and original, and it must not have been previously entered in any competition or exhibition. Additionally, the video for chanting or monologue must not have been previously published on any digital or electronic platform or any commonly used medium, such as social media.
The works shall be sent to the Consulate General of Algeria in New York (15 East 47^th Street New York–NY 10017), from the date of publication of this announcement until March 10^the, 2025 as the last deadline to enable us to send them to the headquarters of the National People’s Assembly in Algiers.

Notes:

Video clips can be filmed using all types of digital devices and cameras, including mobile phones, in horizontal mode, they should be sent on a CD/DVD or a Flash Disk in order to preserve the quality of the recorded video.
Any work that does not comply with the mentioned conditions will be disqualified.
Any video that exceeds the allowed duration or contains technical issues with sound or image that hinder its display and evaluation will be disqualified.
Submitted works will not be returned.
