NEW YORK (United Nations)-Foreign Minister Sabri Boukadoum on Thursday called the United Nations (UN) Secretary General to declare a state of humanitarian emergency in the occupied territories of Palestine to alleviate the suffering of the Palestinians and reconstruct Gaza.
