The Consulate General of Algeria in New York would like to inform its community members that according to finance law for 2020 Art 36-2, the new stamp duty rate for minors aged under 19 years old and students, applying for Biometric passport is thirty-seven dollars and fifty cents ($37.50) instead of seventy-five dollars ($75).
