Find the full speech of His Excellency the Minister of Foreign Affairs and National Community Abroad, Ahmed Attaf, delivered during the press conference held at the ministry’s headquarters. You will also find excerpts of his speech translated into English.
- “We are facing a highly dangerous and tragic situation following the assassination of Ismail Haniyeh, the Head of the Political Bureau of Hamas, in Tehran. We strongly condemn this heinous and treacherous terrorist act carried out by the Zionist occupation forces, which adds to their long list of crimes and their blatant disregard for basic human, legal, political, and ethical principles. Algeria extends its deepest condolences and sympathy to the Palestinian people, who are facing this ordeal, sharing in their sorrow and standing with them in solidarity.”
