The Consulate General of Algeria in New York would like to inform its community members that changes has been introduced to the transfer of residency (C.C.R) by the financial law of 2020, as follow:
The total amount of personal belongings including a new car, allowed should not exceed:
- 4,000,000 dinars for students and trainees;
- 5,000,000 dinars for the other categories
- Regarding the vehicles, the engine size of the car should not exceed 1.800 cm3 (petrol model) and 2.000 cm3 (Diezel model).
